Whatever your health and fitness goals are, I will do
all I can to help you reach them. Every client is different, so the training
I offer is tailored uniquely to each person.
I will offer nutritional advice and guidance to help you improve your
overall health. Using a food diary each week will enable us to address
eating habits and help you achieve your goals.
My approach is personal and motivational. We will train together and
I will encourage you to exercise at other times in the week with a written
programme designed specifically for you. Clients often find using an exercise
diary and the text/e-mail service that I offer very helpful.
I will provide all the equipment that we will use in the sessions. |
