
Boil the potatoes until tender. In a mug mix together the olive oil, horseradish sauce, crème fraiche and lemon juice. Chop the apples into slices and flake the mackerel. Roughly chop the potatoes and mix with the apple, mackerel and sauce. Serve on a bed of watercress.
